First Month

in any year as we know, is January.

First Run

of the year in my hometown is the Heritage Fun Run 2015. It is sort of like a charity run which the purpose is to raise fund for the flood victims in the East coast of peninsular Malaysia.

It's pretty bad and I have been staggering since then. I hope I'll recover quickly so that I can run again. And I ought to get myself a pair of knee guards, just in case I fall again.
