花キューピット Flower Cupid is a Japanese flower delivery service. With almost 5000 florists all over Japan affiliated with it, the nearest florist will be responsible to deliver fresh flowers by hands to your recipient~
You can filter your search based on the colour, type of flower, the style and also your budget. Whether it is a bouquet, an arrangement (in a basket, box, vase, stand, etc), potted or even preserved flower, you will definitely find several beautiful designs for any occasion~
All urgencies can be saved as 花キューピット offers same day deliver for all orders made before 12 pm (Japan time). Whereas if you are not in a hurry, you will be able to schedule a delivery from the third day of ordering. If you would like to have the flower delivered one week later, you could choose a delivery time slot too.
Shopping and Service Experience
I started on the affiliated website, HanaTown. The navigation on the website is easy. I can also filter my search by the name of the city and/or postcode. I chose the latter since it will be more precise. Below is a chronology of the process of shopping:

After that, you will receive another email on the update of the delivery on the scheduled delivery date.
I used the service for the occasion of Mother's Day.
I cracked my head thinking what to send to my mother-in-law, and consulted a friend from Hokkaido. She assisted me in looking for gifts I could deliver to her. Even so, I was pretty late (occupied with work, missed the notification that my payment was declined). I turned to another friend from Tokyo and she suggested giving flowers. I was worried about what mom would think of the flowers, since husband told me that mom is so-so towards flowers. I went on with sending flowers anyway.

The update was, no one was at home when the delivery was attempted.
I totally understand it since everyone works in the morning, and I could not choose a desired delivery time. I was really hoping that the second (and last) delivery would be in the late evening. I'm pretty sure someone would be home by then.
Still, no one could guarantee me with the question when will the second delivery be attempted. I was even thinking if I should send an inquiry, asking if the staff could arrange the delivery at a time I request. I was contemplating the whole day until the evening.
Then husband sent me a screenshot of mom's messages.
She has received the flowers.
