The Butterfly Project Malaysia 6th Year Celebration

First of all,

I must admit that I had never participated in bloggers or influencers' event before, and this was my first time attending one.

The Butterfly Project is a community makes up of beauty and lifestyle bloggers where each member gets to know each other and has the chance to expose themselves to the brands out there. It is of course more than just blogging. As I am writing now, I recall how I was contacted by Monsta to go on a studio tour back in March 2017. Although it wasn't something told to do, I happily created contents of the tour, voiced my thoughts, and shared my posts on all my social media. In those posts, I also mentioned, tagged, and left links related to Monsta (including Boboi Boy). I did everything at my own will and blogging is not an exception. Monsta shared my post and left me a comment on the tour video, and suddenly I've got subscribers and followers from around the world.

The joy of sharing rewards me in unexpected ways, and I would like to keep it going. Being a newbie in The Butterfly Project, I have shared my posts of the recent 6th birthday celebration on Instagram. I feel happy to be noticed by the brands I tagged and mentioned, and to be followed by the community. However, the aim of The Butterfly Project is never about gaining fame and attention, but to be transformed into a beautiful (both inside and outside) person in life. I am inspired to be a better being by just thinking about it.

and I sincerely hope for more achievements to be accomplished.

The 6th birthday was held at Vilej Damansara where it has high ceiling. 

With this advantage, the party hall has more space for embellishments, 

and I believe that all contributing brands were able to put in extra umph 

for all of us. The first thing that caught my attention was the balloons.

The Blossom Balloons definitely made full use of the space and everyone was completely bewitched! Don't get me wrong, but just look at this beautiful work. All the while, I only saw pretty-plant-in-clear-balloon pictures on Pinterest and Tumblr. I couldn't believe seeing one at the party.

Before the party began, I managed to capture some photos.

Even though I knew almost none in the party, it makes me happy looking at this photo below. I couldn't help but to notice all the smiles and people took pictures together to save the moment.

I think my photos look dark when viewed on PC, but they looked great on my mobile. It could be due to the monitor setting, but don't worry about it. Vilej Damansara has amazing natural lighting, thanks to the windows.

By the way, there was a raised platform at the background on the picture above. There, Avantgarde Blooms had complemented the venue with flowers she specially ordered for the party. Below is a closer look.

All the lightings, decorations, as well as the table arrangements, food, gifts etc. truly boosted the party vibe and I am confident to say that it was a memorable birthday celebration to all of us.

The table gifts all of us received include facial and body care products, scrumptious macaron, tasty cupcake, a jewelry piece, and a customised flower balloon stick. I will be doing an appreciation post regarding them in separate entries~

My next post will be on something I have never even tried or seen before.
