Magical Rainbow Mooncake!

Honestly, have you ever seen or even heard of one?
I was so lucky to be strolling at The School, Jaya One last weekend and  I stumbled upon Rinzbakes booth near the escalator.

As cute as they look, I wasn't very sure of myself due to the thought of artificial colourings. I was worry if my mom wouldn't enjoy them too. Then, the vendor told me that they are all less sweet, and frankly, hearing those words made me feel better. I tried the samples and felt glad that they taste just right for my liking.

Handmade with no preservatives, these lovely Rainbow Mooncakes are best eaten fresh, and last for only 7 days in room temperature, or 3 days if kept in the freezer. 

For the latter, once taken out, pop right in the oven in low temperature until the skin turns slightly brown.
