Entering the second week of the year!
I hope everyone is doing well and had a great start for the year. As for me, I thought I didn't need any resolution. I mean, by March everyone forgets about their resolutions so what is the point of having any. But on my second thought, rather than "resolution" that will be forgotten, I have decided to set some goals. At least goals are usually what keeps people alive.
The first half of 2019 was wonderful, but the second half was hell. Series of depression and suicidal thoughts and attempts, and I am proud that I didn't harm myself although I was a metre away from a knife.
For that, in 2020,
I want to walk out of depression,
I want to be less sad.
Even so, these two feel too much for me to achieve. But I will try no matter what.
